INTEGRATIVE HEALTH
Integrative health is an approach to healthcare that combines the best of conventional medicine with complementary and alternative therapies to address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. CONSULTATIONS
In my consultations as a Therapist and Coach, I practice Integrative Coaching and Integrative Health Therapies as a Holistic approach, that incorporates different methods and techniques from different therapies. The main goal of Integrative Coaching and Integrative Health Therapy is to help individuals achieve their desired outcomes by addressing all aspects of their lives, which include thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviours.
I take a client-centered approach, meaning that I work with the client to identify their strengths, values, and goals and I use a variety of techniques to support the client to make positive changes to achieve their desired outcome. Together we develop a treatment plan that is tailored and flexible to your goals for health and wellbeing.Your plan may include one or more of the integrative practices and can be used to address a wide range of issues.
All the techniques, methods, or therapies used, will depend on the client's needs and preferences. I specifically teach tools so clients can apply the techniques themselves, not just on their current issues but on any challenges they may come up against in the future.
